PTF Series Tube Furnaces
The LABTHERM PTF Series tube furnaces are versatile systems designed for horizontal, vertical, or angled laboratory experimentation. With a temperature range from 1100°C to 1600°C, these furnaces feature wire and SiC heating elements for precise temperature control. The SiC rods are installed parallel to the working tube, ensuring uniform heating and easy replacement.
The PTF Series offers stable heating lengths and the capability to create vacuum or inert gas environments, making them ideal for a wide range of heat treatment processes in laboratory settings. The wire heating elements are wound directly around the ceramic tube, ensuring excellent temperature uniformity.
With dual-skin housing, easy maintenance, and a variety of accessory options, the PTF Series is designed for reliable, long-term performance. The furnace includes safety features such as an over-temperature alarm relay and leak current circuit breaker.
