Stirrers
PermeGear offers a selection of high-quality stirrers designed to support various types of diffusion cells. Our V-Series and H-Series stirrers are engineered for use with Franz Cells and Side-Bi-Side Cells, respectively. Constructed from durable stainless steel, these stirrers provide reliable performance for efficient mixing in diffusion studies.
The V-Series stirrers are specifically designed for use with PermeGear’s Franz Cells. These units do not include temperature control but are equipped with aluminum supply manifolds mounted at the rear, which connect to a user-supplied water bath or heater/recirculator. The stirrers run at 600 rpm in the U.S. and Japan and at 500 rpm elsewhere, ensuring consistent and effective stirring for your experiments.
The H-Series stirrers are optimized for use with PermeGear’s Side-Bi-Side Cells. All models, except the H1, feature aluminum supply manifolds mounted at the rear to connect with user-supplied heater/circulators. The long horizontal manifold tubes are equipped with removable hose barb fittings, allowing the water jackets of diffusion cells to be connected using latex tubing, providing versatility and ease of setup.
